Biography

Prior to joining Albany Law School, William was the Reference and Collection Development Librarian and Faculty Services Librarian at Howard Hunter Law Library, Rueben Clark Law School, at Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah.

In this role, he provided reference, faculty support and collection development services. He also taught legal research to foreign LLM students.

Prior to Brigham Young University, William was a Reference and Instructional Services Librarian at Sol Blatt Jr. Law Library at Charleston School of Law, where he provided reference and faculty support services, in addition to supervising the weekend reference librarians and interlibrary loan department.

Other positions include Reference Assistant and Intern at Donald Pray Law Library, at the University of Oklahoma. William also taught Legal Research, Analysis and Writing and Advanced Legal Research. William received his Master of Library Science from the University of Oklahoma and Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming.
