Ben Wolf is a Partner at Jones, Wolf & Kapasi, LLC, which focuses on  Estate Planning, Business Transactional Law, Commercial Litigation, Consumer Protection Law, and Class Actions. Ben currently serves as the President-Elect of the National Alumni Association.

Ben received a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Michigan before earning a J.D. from Albany Law School. While in law school, Ben served as a member of the Journal of Science and Technology, Vol. 13 and as Note & Comment Editor of Vol. 14. He also served as President of the Student Bar Association and received the Albany Law School Student Service Award. Ben also mentors current Albany Law School students.

Ben resides in New York City and proudly serves as a member of the: New York City Bar Association-Consumer Affairs Committee, New York City Bar Association-Legal Referral Service, and National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA).
