Peer writing assistants are 2L and 3L Albany Law students with excellent writing and analytical skills who are trained to provide assistance and feedback to peers on legal writing projects.

is from Clifton Park, N.Y., but was raised in Turin, Italy. She graduated
with distinction with a B.A. in International Relations and Global Politics
from The American University of Rome in Rome, Italy. Before returning to
the United States she interned at the United Nations and NATO. After
having a successful internship experience at the New York State Office of General
Services Legal Services, Taylor has returned to Albany Law for her
2L year. She is currently a member of the Albany Law Government Law
Review, a participant in the Immigration Assistance Project pro bono project,
and a law intern in the Albany Law Clinic Family Violence Litigation and
Alexandra (Allie) is from Washington County, N.Y. She
graduated from Russell Sage College in 2014 with a bachelor of arts in
Environmental Studies. At Russell Sage, Allie worked as a writing tutor.
She has interned at the New York State Liquor Authority Office of
Counsel, where she drafted two respondent appellate briefs for the
Authority, and has worked at Schmeiser, Olsen & Watts, LLP and Couch White, LLP. Allie is the Executive Editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science and
Technology and Chair of the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Competition. She currently works at Couch White, LLP.
