The Graduation Fair will be held in the gym on Tuesday, January 29th, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This is a great time to tie up loose ends regarding graduation such as cap and gown measurements, the Career Services Survey and more.
Cap and Gown Measurements
Cap and gown measurements will be taken at the Graduation Fair on Tuesday, January 29. If you are planning to attend Commencement, you will need to have measurements taken to insure your regalia fits properly. There is no expense to you as a student for the regalia usage. For that reason, you are required to return your cap, gown and hood to the Hall of Springs immediately following the Commencement ceremony. Regalia will be collected until 1:00pm in the the room at the back of the Hall of Springs.
Cap and Gown Pick Up
Caps and gowns will be distributed on Wednesday, May 22, in the Gym from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Regalia will only be released to the student.
NOTE: All outstanding fees (including tuition & fees, parking fines and book fines) need to be paid, and financial aid exit interviews completed
prior to cap and gown pickup.
Cap and Gown Return
All regalia (caps, gowns and hoods) will need to be returned to the Hall of Springs immediately following the ceremony.
