LaMarche '00 and Safranko '98 Launch New Firm

George E. LaMarche III '00 and Andrew R. Safranko '98 announced the launch of their new firm, LaMarche Safranko Law PLLC, on Feb. 1, 2012. Since then, they have already announced positive client outcomes of $400,000 and $250,000.

LaMarche and Safranko have more than 20 years of combined experience practicing law. Specific areas of practice include:

  • Serving injured clients in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, general negligence, premises liability and wrongful death.
  • Representing individuals and corporations in all areas of state and federal criminal defense, government investigations, DWI and professional discipline.

“The opportunity to join forces with Andy to leverage our collective expertise, common values and professional networks will only serve to increase the overall benefits to our clients,” LaMarche said in a statement.

Both LaMarche and Safranko have been instrumental in recovering millions of dollars for clients in personal injury matters, in both New York State and Federal Courts. Combined, the pair has represented thousands of individuals charged in courts at all levels.

LaMarche began his law career at the E. Stewart Jones Law Firm, where he became partner. Most recently, he was the Managing Member of LaMarche Law PLLC, a law firm that he founded in 2010. He graduated from Waterford-Halfmoon High School, Siena College and Albany Law School. LaMarche is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Safranko, who began his career at the Law Offices of Stephen Safranko, Esq., most recently was a partner with the O’Connell & Aronowitz Law Firm. He graduated from Albany Academy, Emory University and Albany Law School. Safranko is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York and the District of Vermont, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. He has been honored by his peers to be included in the publication The Best Lawyers in America in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
