Explores the concepts of intergenerational and intragenerational equity and justice. Provides an understanding of the ways in which mechanisms to implement these concepts exist in current laws, rules and court cases, as well as areas in which there are gaps and challenges in their implementation and accomplishment. Provides students with an understanding of how intergenerational and intragenerational equity and justice relate to their obligations as future members of the legal profession.
