Donna Jo Morse Negotiations Competition
The Donna Jo Morse Negotiations Competition takes place during the spring semester and gives Albany Law students the opportunity to develop and practice negotiation skills. Students work in pairs and negotiate against another pair of students acting as attorneys. Each team represents an assigned client and is provided with both common and confidential facts. The confidential facts represent the concerns of the client to be addressed in the negotiation. Each team will do a brief self-critique following the negotiation.

Margarita Kraynova, Competition Chair
Hallie Denison, Competition Associate
Prof. Daniel Bollana, Faculty Advisor
