Albany Law Welcomes Inaugural Flex JD Class

In August, the inaugural Flex JD cohort was on campus for Orientation. The sessions included campus tours, meeting with faculty and staff, and taking their first law school classes. 

The program offers the prestigious Albany Law experience with the added flexibility of primarily online coursework. This innovative approach empowers students to pursue professional ambitions on their schedule, wherever they are.

Here are some fun facts about our first-ever Flex JD class:

31 students in the first cohort
75% are first-generation law students
66% identify as female, 34% identify as male
They live in 15 states including NY, CA, FL, and international locations such as China, Hong Kong, and Mexico
