Online Graduate Program Tuition Rates
Albany Law School’s tuition rates are designed to be highly competitive among ABA Law Schools.
The 2026-27 tuition rate for the 30-credit Master of Science program is $1,738/credit. This rate applies to each of our online M.S. programs, including government affairs and advocacy, financial compliance and risk management, cybersecurity and data privacy, and more. Tuition rates are set annually by the School’s Board of Trustees.
Albany Law School offers a generous scholarship program for all Online Master of Science candidates. To offset the online law master’s cost, 100% of enrolled students receive scholarship awards worth up to $360 per credit. Albany Law’s online LL.M. programs span topics of health law, human resources, cybersecurity, government affairs, and financial compliance. The 2026-27 rate for the 24-credit Master of Laws (LL.M.) program is $2,196/credit. The School’s Board of Trustees sets the Albany LL.M. tuition rates annually.

Online LL.M. and M.S. Program Financial Aid
Earning a master’s degree requires a significant financial commitment. To offset the cost of online master’s degree studies, file your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) prior to your enrollment in the program.

Employer Reimbursement and Tuition Deferral Program
