SCOTUS Argument Livestream Series:
February 2023

Join the Government Law Center to listen to the livestream of oral arguments before the Supreme Court of the United States, with an opportunity for discussion afterwards.

Monday, February 27 | 10:45 AM – 12 PM (Argument expected to start at 11 AM)
New York v. New Jersey (docket)
A case on interstate compacts, considering whether New Jersey may withdraw from its Waterfront Commission Compact with New York.

Tuesday, February 28 | 10 AM – 11:45 AM (Argument starts promptly at 10 AM)
Biden v. Nebraska (docket)
Dep’t of Ed. v. Brown (docket)
A pair of cases on the Biden administration’s student debt forgiveness program, considering whether plaintiffs have Article III standing to challenge the program and whether the plan is statutorily authorized and was adopted in a procedurally proper manner.

All livestream sessions will be held in Room 343 in the 2000 Building. Room 343 is on the third floor, directly across from the elevator.
