    Prof. Hill has coast-to-coast experience working in Attorney Generals' offices. She returns to New York after serving two years as Assistant Attorney General/Labor Counsel for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Previously she was Assistant Solicitor General, Appeals and Opinions Bureau, New York State Attorney General's Office; and was an associate attorney at Cohen, Weiss and Simon LLP, New York, N.Y.

  • Professor Dorothy E. Hill moderated a panel on the film Compliance at the Saratoga Film Forum in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., on Nov. 30, 2012.

  • Professor Hill joined a group of local worker advocates, academics (from Skidmore and SUNY Albany), public health advocates and community members. The group is in the very beginning stages of a study of labor and health conditions in one industry, and plan to continue with the project this year, and likely next summer.
