Mr. Anderson is a founding partner of Litigation Resolution Services, formed in 2010 to provide alternative dispute resolution for attorneys in upstate New York. He has mediated more than 600 personal injury and wrongful death cases and has arbitrated in excess of 100 personal injury cases; in addition to having mediated and arbitrated numerous business and commercial claims. He is a member of the Dispute Resolution Section of the New York State Bar Association, having served as Co-Liaison to the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section, and is also a member of the arbitration and mediation committees.
Mr. Anderson is also a litigator who has represented clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from automobile accidents, defective products, medical negligence, construction site accidents and unsafe premises. He is managing partner of Anderson, Moschetti & Taffany, PLLC in Latham, New York, formed in 2002.
Mr. Anderson completed mediation training at the Harvard Negotiation Institute of Harvard Law School in 2010. In 2014 he was trained in commercial mediation at Fordham Law School, sponsored by the New York State Bar Association. He also lectures on mediation and arbitration to lawyers at continuing legal education programs given by numerous organizations, including the New York State Bar Association and the National Business Institute.
Mr. Anderson has been an adjunct professor at Albany Law School since 2016, where he teaches Alternative Dispute Resolution to second and third year law students.
