Cassandra Rivais DiNova is an Associate Attorney at Garfunkel Wild, P.C. as part of their Health Care and Business practice groups. She represents various healthcare providers and entities on regulatory and transactional matters.  She is admitted to practice law in New York and Northern District of New York.

She also is a member of the Albany Law School Government Law Center’s Aging and Disability Law Committee.

Prior to joining Garfunkel Wild, P.C., Ms. DiNova worked at private law firms, gaining experience in a wide range of healthcare matters. She also completed a two-year clinical ethics fellowship at Alden March Bioethics Institute of Albany Medical Center where she performed ethics consultations to resolve various types of disputes in the clinical setting and provided ethics education for medical students.

She is an alum of Albany Law School, graduating magna cum laude in 2016.  She also graduated from the Alden March Bioethics Institute with her Masters in Science in bioethics as part of the Dual Degree Program.  She graduated with a Bachelors in English from University at Buffalo.
