Before founding West River Solutions, Harry spent five years in Google's DC office, where he served as a Senior Policy Counsel for nearly four years and also led a program to increase the hiring of military veterans. At Google, Harry routinely briefed Congress and the Executive Branch about a range of Internet technology issues, with a focus on cloud computing, privacy and security. Harry has also been head of government and regulatory affairs at a smart grid startup, Counsel to the Senate Commerce Committee, Special Counsel to the General Counsel of the the Federal Communications Commission, a communications law associate at a major law firm, and a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable James Robertson, on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Harry also served over six years as a Navy SEAL officer and is a graduate of Yale Law School and the U.S. Naval Academy.
