Registration

The Albany Law School Rugby Team is hosting a golf outing as a part of the William M. Watkins Memorial Rugby Tournament or  "Watty" Weekend. The golf outing is for Albany Law School current and alumnae/i Rugger and those participating in the Watty tournament.

Golf Outing Information

• Scramble tournament
• Lunch will be served at the turn.
• Cash prizes for closest to the hole, longest drive, and best scorecard
• 50/50 raffle - for reimbursements tournament expenses.
• Dinner will follow and is included in ticket price (cash bar)

FEES AND SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

All fees include: 18 holes of golf at the Capital Hills Golf Course, on-course alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, and dinner

Golfer - Alumni/Students (Per Person) - $100
Golf for one, includes cart and greens fees lunch, and dinner

Scrum Level Hole Sponsor: $750 
Includes one golf foursome, green fees, dinner, and on-course lunch, a tee sign advertising yours sponsorship as well as your logo/name on the golf tournament giveaway. 

Ruck Level Hole Sponsor: $500 
Includes one golf foursome, green fees, dinner, and on-course lunch, a tee sign advertising yours sponsorship as well as your logo/name on the golf tournament giveaway.

Event Sponsor: $250 
Includes one golfer with cart, green fees, dinner, and on-course alcohol & beverage, a tee sign advertising yours sponsorship as well as your logo/name on the golf tournament giveaway.

About the Sponsorships
The primary focus of sponsorships is ensuring that all ruggers attending the Watty Tournament can participate in the golf outing. Sponsorship help pay for the current students to be part of the golf outing and tournament needs. 

Participants: We are limiting the golf out to a maximum of 100 people.

Pairings

• Groupings of 2 or 3: Additional players likely added to complete the foursome. Additional players and contact information added 3 days prior to the outing.
• Single Players: Will be placed into foursomes.
• Groupings of 4: No impact on pairings
