Change in Guest Policy and Flu Shot Clinic Reminder
September 22, 2022
Albany Law School continues to monitor the spread of COVID-19 on campus and in our community. At present we have seven members of the community quarantining after testing positive.
Revised Policy
We have made a change to our policy for invited guests to campus.
The current policy reads:
Invited off-campus guests are welcome on campus for events, classes, and programs. All invited guests to campus must adhere to current COVID-19 guidelines at Albany Law School. At this time, all invited guests must be fully vaccinated and have at least one eligible booster shot. It is the responsibility of the organizer of the event to check the vaccination status of each invited guest. Questions regarding current COVID-19 policies can be directed to the Public Health and Safety Team however, there is no advance event approval needed.

Uploading Booster Information
There have been some questions lately regarding members of the campus community uploading information about additional booster shots to the Share My Health system. Additional booster shots are not required, however if you have gotten additional booster shots, it is a simple procedure to upload that information. You will need to upload a photo of your vaccination card or other proof of the booster (you can take one with your computer or phone if your device has a camera). To upload your vaccination information:
1. Go to https://www.sharemy.health/
2. Sign In (link in upper right)
3. Go to “Home” (link in upper left)
4. Click “+ Upload Your Vaccination” at top of page
5. Enter type of vaccine and vaccination dates
6. Upload a photo of your vaccination record card (you can take a photo at that time)
Share My Health will verify your vaccination in the system within a few days.
