Albany Law School's Institute of Legal Studies is dedicated to providing high-quality continuing legal education to attorneys interested in its course offerings.  To that end, the Institute of Legal Studies has a financial hardship policy for attorneys who are unable to afford the course tuition but are interested in CLE courses offered by or in conjunction with the Institute of Legal Studies.  Factors to be considered  include employment status, and fee reductions on a sliding scale for attorneys with annual incomes of $30,000 or less.

Unemployed​ Full Scholarship
Income up to $35,0​​​00​ 75% discount
Income of $35,000-$50,000 50% discount
Above $50,000 No discount
