Join the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings of the City of New York for a continuing legal education program presented by Albany Law School Professor Michael J. Hutter. Prof. Hutter will discuss admissibility issues that arise when digital evidence in all its forms—email, text message, Instagram, social media posts, website contents, computerized records—is offered into evidence. Discussion will focus on the hearsay and authentication issues that arise.
