Join the Government Law Center at Albany Law School for the second program of the 2023 Warren M. Anderson Legislative Series. Panelists will discuss state-level approaches to developing environmentally sustainable affordable housing. In particular, the panel will explore legal and policy incentives and regulations that impact the development of environmentally sustainable affordable housing. The discussion will describe existing projects and the potential for future projects.
This free program is open to the public. CLE credits are available for practicing attorneys. Registration is required.
