Transcending Gender, Sex, and the Law: Future of TGNCI Legal Protections
This program will explore what is on the horizon for legal rights and protections for TGNCI people in New York State, including potential statutory or legislative reform, pending litigation that may impact rights and protections, lessons learned from other states, and the role of New York State government and the broader legal community in upholding legal protections for this population. This free program is open to the public and will take place on Zoom. Registration is required.
