Saratoga CLE Series: Mock Meeting of the Attorney Grievance Committee 2024

The attorneys for the Attorney Grievance Committee, Third Judicial Department, will present a mock meeting of the Attorney Grievance Committee at this year's CLE in Saratoga Series in Saratoga Springs, NY. The audience will serve as mock Committee members and will hear, discuss, and determine disciplinary cases involving actual complaints of professional misconduct. This will be an interactive CLE, which will engage the audience in applying the New York Rules of Professional Conduct and the Rules for Attorney Disciplinary Matters to situations frequently encountered in the daily practice of law.
