Community Economic Development Client Application

Thank you for contacting Albany Law School's Community Development Clinic (Clinic). We are a free legal clinic that provides service to area nonprofit and for-profit businesses, and community groups engaged in influencing economic development.

Please answer the following series of questions which will allow us to gather some basic information from you to make a preliminary evaluation about whether we can assist you.

If we determine that your needs align well with our capacity to provide services, someone from our office will contact you to learn a bit more information about you and your business and inform you of the next steps.

Completing this questionnaire does NOT create any sort of attorney-client relationship. It is merely an application. You have the right to keep looking for a lawyer or decline our services (if offered).

Consequently, the timing of your legal needs may be a determinative factor in assessing our ability to represent your business.
