Community Economic Development Client Application

Thank you for contacting Albany Law School's Community Development Clinic (Clinic). We provide free legal services to area nonprofit and for-profit businesses, and community groups engaged in influencing economic development. The Clinic is staffed by experienced attorneys and second and third-year law student interns.
Please answer the following series of questions for our intake purposes. After we receive your application, someone will reach out to you in 2-3 weeks.
Completing this questionnaire does NOT create any sort of attorney-client relationship. It also DOES NOT guarantee receipt of legal services. It is only an application. We cannot act as your attorney or provide you with any legal advice until we have entered into a written agreement.

Consequently, the timing of your legal needs may be a determinative factor in assessing our ability to represent your business.
