Thank you for contacting Albany Law School's Community Development Clinic (Clinic). We provide free legal services to area nonprofit and for-profit businesses, and community groups engaged in influencing economic development. The Clinic is staffed by experienced attorneys and second and third-year law student interns.
We have an important update to share regarding the Community Economic Development Clinic.
We are currently in a period of restructuring and transition as we work to better serve our clients and the various communities our work impacts. During this time, we are not taking new intakes and our intake process will not be active. We at the CEDC are exploring new ways to address the unequal access to justice you may be facing while also promoting community economic development. This summer we are actively developing community-wide programming and events that we look forward to sharing with you soon.
