Tania Seaburg '99 was recently appointed to the position of Chief Policy and Operations Officer for NYSARC, Inc. Seaburg’s roles include leading policy programs and guiding the inside operations of NYSARC’s goals to advance their advocacy agenda. She will work closely with NYSARC’s Executive Director, be a part of the executive leadership team, and work with NYSARC’s Board of Governors.
Graduating in 1999 with her law degree, magna cum laude, from Albany Law, Seaburg has been working for the past 10 years for NYSARC, Inc., most recently as their Senior Associate Executive Director for Advocacy. In this position she supervised and supported connections with the NYSARC Trust Services Department, as well as programs including the Guardianship Program and the Compliance and Quality Assurance Program.
NYSARC, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that supports single people and whole families with development and intellectual disabilities. Serving more than 60,000 people, NYSARC, Inc. is the largest nonprofit organization in the nation in this specialty.

Seaburg graduated from Valley Forge Christian College in 1993, receiving her bachelor’s degree, and in 1999 from Albany Law School with her law degree.
