Christina L. Shifton is an associate with LeClairRyan, where she focuses her practice on intellectual property and business litigation. Previously, Christina served as an Appellate Court Attorney for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department. At Albany Law, Christina served as the Executive Editor for Miscarriages of Justice for the Albany Law Review and as a senior editor for the Center for Judicial Process. Christina was awarded the Dean Sponsler Honors Teaching Fellowship and served as an ACES teaching assistant for Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. Prior to Albany Law, Christina attended the College of William and Mary, where she earned her B.A., majoring in History and English.
