While at Albany Law School, Emma was an executive board member of the
Albany Government Law Review and a student editor for the New York State Bar
Association’s New York Environmental Lawyer. Emma was also a contracts teaching assistant for Professor Seita during
her second and third years of law school.
Prior to law school, Emma earned her B.A. in political science, with a
minor in economics, from Smith College. During
her junior year she studied abroad at the University of Edinburgh in the United
Kingdom, where she studied political science and history. Emma is currently the Weibe Fellow at the New
York Senate Majority Counsel’s Office.
