3+3 Program with SUNY Delhi

Students apply to the State University of New York at Delhi's Criminal Justice Bachelor's Program when they have completed an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, or an Associate Degree or 60 credits plus required Criminal Justice SUNY pathway courses. Therefore, students admitted to the program enter in their junior year of the four-year Bachelor's Program.

Students admitted into the program will be guaranteed admission to Albany Law School after their junior year at the SUNY Delhi provided they have satisfied the criteria specified for remaining in the program. After the satisfactory completion of their first year at Albany Law School, students will transfer the credit to the SUNY Delhi, automatically receive a waiver of the residency requirement, and receive their baccalaureate degree. After completing the remaining requirements at Albany Law School, students will receive their law degree.
