Board Chair Nolan to Moderate 4th Amendment Event with U.S. Judge and Prosecutor

Board of Trustees Chair Daniel P. Nolan '78, president and CEO, Hugh Johnson Advisors, will moderate a panel comprised of the Honorable Loretta A. Preska, Chief U.S. District Judge, Southern District of New York; The Honorable Richard S. Hartunian '86, U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York; and E. Stewart Jones '66, E. Stewart Jones Law Firm.  

The event, to take place at The College of Saint Rose, will feature a talk from Judge Preska, as Saint Rose's alumna and jurist in residence, titled "Personal Privacy, the Fourth Amendment and the Digital Age."

The event will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014, at 1009 Madison Avenue in Albany.
