Mask wearing no longer required on campus for individuals who have uploaded proof of vaccination to Share My Health

June 17, 2021

If you are fully vaccinated and you have uploaded your vaccination information into the Share My Health system you are no longer required to wear a mask while on campus.

Community members who have uploaded their vaccination information into the system will also no longer be asked to submit negative COVID tests to be eligible to come to campus. Our expectation is that by early July all those with verified vaccinations will no longer need to fill out the daily health screener.

Masks required for those who have not submitted proof of vaccine.

Unvaccinated individuals and those who have not submitted proof of vaccine through Share My Health are required to continue wearing a mask while indoors on campus. Please be aware that other schools in the area have different protocols and we ask that you respect those requirements when entering any of their campus buildings.

We encourage everyone who can to get vaccinated as soon as possible. Check here to find a vaccination site near you. All faculty, staff and students who have not been granted a special accommodation will be required to be vaccinated at the beginning of the fall semester. Proof of vaccination will need to be uploaded to Share My Health.

We ask that everyone who has been vaccinated upload their vaccination information into the Share My Health system (instructions below).

To upload your vaccination information:

  1. Go to https://www.sharemy.health/
  2. Sign In (link in upper right)
  3. Go to "Home" (link in upper left)
  4. Click "+ Upload Your Vaccination" at top of page
  5. Enter type of vaccine and vaccination dates
  6. Upload a photo of your vaccination record card (you can take a photo at that time)

Share My Health will verify your vaccination in the system within a few days.

If you are not currently in the Share My Health system, email hr@albanylaw.edu to have a profile created.
