Booster and test result upload reminder
January 21, 2022
Update: Students will only be able to enter the 1928 Building through the east and west foyer entrances next week.
If you have not uploaded your information to Share My Health you will not be able to get into campus buildings.
You MUST upload your information before you come to campus.
Walk-in, rapid COVID tests are available at Crossgates Mall (lower level in the old Ruby Tuesday’s). No appointment necessary. They are open 9 am – 7 pm.
As we prepare to a return to in-person learning on Monday, January 24, we want to remind you that you MUST upload your booster and negative COVID test information to Share My Health immediately.
Each submission has to be individually reviewed and verified before your ID card can be activated for campus access. If you wait until Monday morning to upload your information you will face delays in entering the buildings
Here are the instructions to upload information to Share My Health:
- Go to https://www.sharemy.health/
- Go to “Home”
- Click “Upload Booster” or “Upload Your Test Result” at top of page
- Enter required information
- Upload a photo or pdf of your vaccination card or test result (you can take a photo at that time)
Home tests are accepted. For verification you can take a photo of your test result to upload.
Mask wearing will be strictly enforced on campus. Albany Law School is encouraging you to wear an N95, KN95, or KF94 mask. If you do not have an N95 or similar mask, please stop by the Business Office in the 2000 Building, the Library, or the security desks in the 1928 and 2000 buildings to pick one up. Wearing the mask properly is important.
You can find a video on how to properly fit the mask here.
For more information on Albany Law School’s COVID policies and FAQs please see our COVID information page.
As always, thank you for all you do to keep our community safe.
