Here are the instructions to upload information to Share My Health:

  1. Go to https://www.sharemy.health/
  2. Sign In
  3. Go to “Home”
  4. Click “Upload Booster” or “Upload Your Test Result” at top of page
  5. Enter required information
  6. Upload a photo or pdf of your vaccination card or test result (you can take a photo at that time)

Home tests are accepted. For verification you can take a photo of your test result to upload.

Mask wearing will be strictly enforced on campus. Albany Law School is encouraging you to wear an N95, KN95, or KF94 mask. If you do not have an N95 or similar mask, please stop by the Business Office in the 2000 Building, the Library, or the security desks in the 1928 and 2000 buildings to pick one up. Wearing the mask properly is important.

You can find a video on how to properly fit the mask here.

For more information on Albany Law School’s COVID policies and FAQs please see our COVID information page.

As always, thank you for all you do to keep our community safe.
