Mr. Harding is a managing partner of Harding Mazzotti, LLP.  The firm represents clients who have been wrongfully injured because of negligence.

He is active with The Legal Project and was part of the launch of the Kathryn D. Katz Fellowship and Incubator Program between Albany Law School and The Legal Project. This program increases legal services to victims of domestic violence.

Paul received his undergraduate degree from SUNY Oswego.
