50 Years Since Stonewall

The student group OUTLaw organized More than Marriage: 50 Years since Stonewall, a symposium featuring three conversations on the relationship between the legal system and the LGBTQ+ community.

Panelists at the April 29 event included Court of Appeals Judge Paul Feinman; Presiding Justice Elizabeth Garry ’90 of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department; state Supreme Court Justice Margaret Walsh; Judge Jill Polk ’87; Jeffrey McMorris ’87; Matthew Skinner ’09, executive director of the Richard C. Failla LGBTQ Commission of the New York State Courts; and La’Mia White-Revlon Aiken and Misty Fowler from the Albany organization In Our Own Voices.
