Through the Clinic & Justice Center they represent low-income clients in real cases. The Center for Law & Innovation involves students in legal concerns affecting high-tech fields.

New York's preeminent legal and policy research center

 The oldest government law center in the United States, the GLC serves as a bridge between government and academia, providing diverse services to government leaders, public officials, students and the community. An Advisory Board, comprised of the Albany Law School faculty, and leaders from the public, private and non-profit sectors, assists the GLC's Director, Prof. Patricia Salkin, in charting future initiatives. The Center draws upon the expertise of faculty from Albany Law School and other academic institutions who participate in a number of the Center's projects and
