Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza's distinct architecture
carves Albany's skyline. Here you will find The Egg Performing Arts
Center, the New York State Museum, the Justice Building and more. The
Concourse, commonly referred to as Albany's "Underground
City," connects all buildings in the Plaza and features food
courts, retail shops and various works of art and
sculpture. Shopping While Albany is known for
