The Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology will gather law professors, educators and legal practitioners to discuss "Cyberbullying from Classroom to Courtroom: Contemporary Approaches to Protecting Children in a Digital Age" on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Albany Law School.
The program will also be available via live streaming starting at 1:00 p.m.

The panelists will be divided into two panels, both moderated by Albany Law School Professor Robert Heverly '92. The first will focus on the legal aspects of cyberbullying, including issues of free speech and potential suits arising from cyberbullying. The second panel will focus on how cyberbullying directly affects educators in the classroom, as well as what they are doing to protect students.
