Frequent lecturer at New York state disability conferences and 1995 recipient of the New York State ARC, Inc. Robert Hodson/Augustus Jacobs Law award. Staff attorney for Monroe County Legal Assistance Corp. from 1988-1992, staff attorney for Albany Law School's Disabilities Law Project from 1992-1997, and director of the Law School's AIDS Law Project 1997-2003. He is currently the Director of the Albany Law Clinic & Justice Center.
