Faculty, University of Arkansas and University of Tulsa Law Schools, 1998 to 2008. Served the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as Counsel to Department of Correction, Parole Board, Executive Office of Public Safety, and State Police, and as Assistant Secretary and Acting Secretary of Public Safety. Former New York State Parole Officer. Criminal justice trainer and consultant and legal commentator for American Correctional Association, American Probation and Parole Association. Part-time musician and jazz and blues enthusiast.
