Prof. Louis joins Albany Law School from Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, where she served as a Staff Attorney. She was previously a Staff Attorney for Chemung County Neighborhood Legal Services. Prof. Louis specializes in legal issues affecting low-income individuals.
