Alyssa Conlin '12 and Elizabeth Ensell '12 emerged as winners of the 2010 Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition.

The pair successfully navigated six rounds of oral argument in a field of 35 teams, arguing about issues such as GPS tracking without a warrant and the potential conflict between domestic violence protective orders and second amendment rights.

Held annually, the Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition gives second-year Albany Law students the opportunity to practice written and oral advocacy skills in an intramural competition.
