Arrival Time
Faculty and Trustees should arrive at SPAC no later than 9:15 a.m.. The processional will begin promptly at 10 a.m.. 

 

*Regalia must be returned to the faculty robing room immediately following the ceremony.

Directions
Saratoga Performing Arts Center is located about 40 minutes north of Albany. Commencement will take place in the Main Amphitheatre. Visit www.spac.org/directions.cfm for directions specific to your location.

Cap and Gown Pick Up
Caps and gowns will be distributed on the morning of Commencement in the faculty robing room at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. 

 

Cap and Gown Return
All regalia (caps, gowns and hoods) will need to be returned to the faculty robing room immediately following the ceremony.

 

Class of 2013 Farewell Party
The Annual Well Party will be held on Thursday, May 16th from 5:30 to 8:30pm at Schuyler Meadows Country Club in Loudonville. Students and families are encouraged to carpool as there is limited parking. Cocktail attire suggested. http://www.schuylermeadows.com/

Web Cast
Commencement will be Web cast live. Family and friends can watch the event via the Internet by visiting www.albanylaw.edu. On the bottom right of the homepage, you will see Featured Events. Click there to access the link to the live Web cast. 
NOTE: This link will not be available until one hour before the ceremony.

 

Faculty Hooders
If you are selected to be a Faculty Hooder, you will receive be contacted in April to schedule a 'dress rehearsal' for the week of Commencement to ensure that hooding runs smoothly during the Commencement Ceremony.
