Special Needs Planning Law Day

A program for individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities, their families and their caretakers

Special Needs Planning Law Day will provide a forum for individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities and their families and caregivers to receive reliable and objective information about their most pressing legal, financial and care giving concerns.

11:00 a.m. Workshops and consultations

Workshops will include:

   How to fund a special needs trust
   Advanced directives for individuals with D.D.
   Individual education programs
   The ABLE Act
   Special needs trusts and pooled special needs trusts
   Public benefits and waivers
   Guardianship

A list of presenters and resource fair participants will be posted soon.
