Many of the professors at Albany Law School use eInstruction's Classroom Performance System (CPS) to bring interactivity into the classroom. CPS provides a non-threatening environment giving all students the opportunity to participate during class. It also allows professors to obtain immediate feedback from their students regarding student comprehension.
What is the CPS System? The CPS System keypads are also known as "Clickers." These wireless response pads are essentially remotes that can be used by students to respond to professors' questions in designated classes.
Before Albany Law School students are able to use the clickers, they must purchase them from the Campus Book Store, register to use them at the beginning of the semester with the Registrar. Students then create an online account at www.einstruction.com and enroll their clickers in each class in which the professor uses them.

Technical SupportIf your response pad is not working correctly, change the batteries. This will fix the problem most of the time. If the problem is not fixed, you can exchange the clicker for a replacement at the Campus Book store. Once replaced, clickers will need to be re-enrolled with the classes they are used in. There is no fee for registering a replacement clicker, but you will need to contact eInstruction at (888)333-4988 or techsupp@einstruction.com to do so.
