    • M.L.S., Rutgers University

    Dean Begg joined the faculty in 1983 after serving as director of the law library, professor of law, and chairman of the Faculty Senate and University Council at Ohio Northern University. He served as Albany Law School associate dean of Academic Affairs from 1993-1996. He retired in 2010.
