You have taken the first step in requesting an upper-class mentor. The Mentor Program was created with you in mind. We hope that taking a focused approach (particularly in your first-year) will maximize your first-year performance. Second- and third-year mentors have volunteered three hours per semester to work with you. Mentors will offer advice, study and exam-taking tips and discuss their first-year experience with you. You will be assigned an upper class mentor within two weeks of your request.
Fill out the Mentor Request Form to start the process.
To help a first-year colleague, second and third-year students commit three hours per 1L mentee during the semester. You will be paired with a first-year law student — providing advice, guidance, tips on preparing for class and end of semester exams. Alumni mentors are available to assist you.
To start the process, please fill out the Mentee Request Form.
