Covering areas such as public management, policy analysis, public finance and human resources management, it enables students to earn both degrees in, at most, four years of full-time study, rather than the usual five. The program is designed so that a maximum of six courses may be applicable to both degrees. Recipients of joint J.D./M.P.A. degrees hold professional credentials for a broad range of careers in government, consulting, teaching, research and law.
