Introduces commercial law governing contracts for the sale of goods, payment instruments, and credit/loans secured by an interest in goods. Focuses on Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Not open to students who have taken Secured Transactions or Sale of Goods (formerly Sales, Lease and Payment Law).
