Albany Law School hosted state and federal judges, as well as members of the New York State Bar Association, for the event "Current Issues in Mortgage Foreclosure and Loss Mitigation" on Wednesday, Jan. 19, from 4 to 6 p.m.
The gathering of the Mortgage Foreclosure Working Group of the New York State-Federal Judicial Council allowed judges and practitioners the opportunity to discuss current issues in mortgage foreclosure, including procedures in the courts, loss mitigation programs, documentation issues and best practices.

The program was free and offered two CLE credits (including Ethics). The event took place in the Dean Alexander Moot Courtroom at Albany Law School, 80 New Scotland Ave., Albany.
