Law professors from around the country will gather at Albany Law School in New York state for “Interviewing and Counseling: A Teaching Workshop,” to be held on Nov. 10 and 11, 2011.
The program, which will take place on Friday, Nov. 11, is designed as a hands-on collaborative workshop that addresses the significant challenges inherent in teaching interviewing and counseling to law students. Among the planned topics and participants are:
Establishing Rapport and Communicating with Clients
Interviewing and Counseling Simulations: How to Keep it Real for Students
Learning from other Professions
Student Assessment and Grading
