Professor Hutter Pens Piece in New York Post

 

Professor Michael Hutter recently argued that the governor of New York state does not have the power to name a lieutenant governor in a New York Post piece titled "Hijacking High Office" that ran on July 11.

Professor Hutter teaches a number of classes at Albany Law, including Advanced Evidence, Antitrust: Market Structure, Antitrust: Trade Practices, and Business Torts. He was one of seven nominees for the New York Court of Appeals in 1998 as selected by the State Commission of Judicial Nomination.
