On January 17, Albany's Times Union featured a story about Albany Law School alumna, Georgia Nucci,`96, and her husband Tony, who recently donated a $750,000 charitable gift annuity for the school's endowment.
Nucci is currently retired, living with her husband on a lake in a small Mexican village one hour from Guadalajara. She spends her time helping el Ghante families build their own houses by providing interest-free loans. She also helps them obtain visas, translate documents and negotiate through the mire of emigration.
