Albany Law School’s Government Law Center will present its
13th annual Saratoga Institute, a program dedicated to exploring the
legal and public policy implications of racing and gaming in New York state and
across the country, on Tuesday, Aug. 13, and Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013 at The
Gideon Putnam Hotel & Resort in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
Speakers will include racing and gaming luminaries from
